ABOUT SCENIC 4X4
Scenic 4×4 is a family owned and operated tour business based in Townsville, North Queensland, and was born from the decades of Tour Guide experience that our manager and tour leader, Keith, has provided over the years. Keith is a friendly and approachable gent, a father to primary school aged children, a mentor to many, and prides himself on delivering the full experience on all of our tours. He is also well-versed in guiding all manner of 4wders – from the avid adventurer, the first-time families and well-seasoned tourers alike. His many years of off-road experience will ensure you get the most of every trip with us, even if you are new to 4wding, with Keith taking into careful consideration all of the hazards and risks associated with this recreational activity, to guide you safely to the destination.
KEITH'S STATISTICS
Keith is very knowledgeable in 4wding techniques and can provide guidance in-situ, along with basic 4×4 repairs whilst on our trips, should something go awry. Our tour vehicles are all well toured Range Rovers – some may call it a sickness, but Keith calls it a passion for only the finest and most capable and most comfortable 4wd’s ever made, and if it’s fit for the Queen, it’s good enough for us!
Unlike a lot of other tour operators, we love to absorb new and interesting information on our trips (we’re always keen to learn!), along with providing you with the adventure of a lifetime. If you have a passion for bird spotting, analyzing the many species of flora and fauna on our trips, or even talking tyre pressures – we’d love to hear all about it from you on our tours while sitting by the camp fire!
